As an chocoholic, any chocolates catch my eyes. I was standing in the cashier line waiting for check out, and this chocolate bar was right next to me. The first thing I noticed was not "Limited Selection", but that usually has an influence over me. But I noticed that it is a milk chocolate, which I love. Then I turned it around and read the back, and saw "Made in Belgium"...DING! DING! DING! Sold!!!! Need to say more?
The chocolate has a very sweet, milky fragrance. It is also very evenly in color, which a bad tempered chocolate would not have. The flavor really releases as it is melting on my tongue, and the flavors of milk is very intense. The rich flavors and smooth, silky texture of the chocolate really capture my taste puds. Cachet is definitely a winner.
I give it a 9 out of 10.
